# Quick Guide

## Accessing Directory

https://dir.e3lab.org


## First Time Loggin On 

"Directory App" will redirect you to https://pango.e3lab.org

This is a "Proxy" called Pangolin.

On Bottom, select [authentik]

### Identity Provider

"Proxy" will redirect you to https://idp.e3lab.org

This is an "Identity Provider" called Authentik

- To login ...
- username: first.last (i.e. john.smith)

- password: changme (to your password)

- Once you login, your access token will be cached in your browser
- This means that as long as you don't clear your cache, you token will be used to access the "Member Directory"

[Continue] will redirect you to back "Proxy" which will forward you to the "Directory App"



## Synchronzing with Backend Database

- First Time you logon, database documents of each member will be downloaded in your browser. 

- You will see "Local", "Syncing" and "Synced"

# Member "Card" Features 

1. Download Contact Cards to your Phone

2. "Church" icon represents Members who are "Local"

3. "Airplane" icon represents Members who are "Out of Area"

4. "Mars" and "Venus" icons represent the "Sex" of the Member
 
5. "Ring" icon represents members who are "Married"
6. "SMS" icon click, allows for sending of text message to the phone
7. "What's App" icon click allows sending messages through "What's App" (Must have app installed on your phone)
8. "Signal" icon click, allows for communication via "Signal Messenger" (Must have app installed on your phone)
9. "Phone" icon click, allows to make phone call 
10. "Email" icon click, allows to send email (Must have app installed on your phone, tablet or desktop)
11. "Map Marker" icon click, launches your map or driving map on your phone. 
13. "Group" icon represent "Community Group"
- SS - Silver Spring
- KW - Kensington - Weaton
- GT - Germantown 
- GB - Gaithersberg 
14. "Candle Cake" icon represents Birthday
